1. WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A DRIVER/GUIDE AND A DRIVER PLUS GUIDE?

We would like to remind you that the driver/guide is not an official tour guide, and therefore, by law, he is not permitted to give explanations in museums or other places where the license is required. At his discretion, he may choose to accompany you, providing an overview of pertinent historical and cultural information. If you would like to have an official guide, we are able to arrange English-speaking tour guides who will be with you throughout your tour, ready to provide you with their in-depth knowledge and expertise.

  1. HOW DO I FIND MY DRIVER OR MY GUIDE?

Your driver or your tour guide will meet you in the lobby of the hotel where you stay or if you are coming in a cruise, just outside the ship holding a sign with your name on it.
In all the other cases, a meeting point will be fixed during the booking process and the driver or the tour guide will be there always holding the sign with your name in order to be recognized.

  1. WHERE DO I NEED A DRESS CODE?

Dress code is required for the Sistine Chapel, St. Peter's Basilica, the majority of churches and synagogues. Is required to keep the shoulders and knees covered. So shorts and skirts are accepted as long as they are longer than the knees

  1. ARE TICKETS ALWAYS INCLUDED?.

  1. WHAT DOES THE PRICE OF THE TOUR INCLUDES?

The price of the tour always includes the van, parking, taxes, fuel and tolls if applicable and an English-speaking driver if the tour is done by sedan/minivan. If you book a walking tour the price you pay is for the official tour guide providing your tour.

  1. ARE THE TOURS PRIVATE?

Yes. All the tours we provide are private. This means that we don’t put you with other couples or groups for touring the sights. the only sight where it s mandatory to join a small group is to visit the Catacombs but it s not up to us being the Catacombs an extra territorial Vatican area

  1. WHICH IS THE PROPER WAY TO TIP?

In Italy tipping is not mandatory so you should not feel obligated to do so, if you do, however, no one will feel offended by this.
for sure your driver and / or your guide will be happy to receive a tip from you at the end of the day. it would be a further demonstration of the good work done by them.

  1. WHICH PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept cash payments in EUROS and U.S. DOLLARS.For payment in U.S. Dollars, the dayly (meant as the day when we provide the tour to you) exchange rate as on "YAHOO!finance official website will be applyed + 10% commission on the total amount.

TRAVELLER S CHEQUES are accepted as payment only in EUROS and there will be an extra 5% commission on the final price.
